About the Author

Abdias José dos Santos is a construction worker and activist from São Paulo, Brazil. He has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. He is a member of the National Union of Construction Workers (Sindicato Nacional dos Trabalhadores da Construção Civil) and has been involved in numerous campaigns for workers' rights.
